[SUGGESTION] Project to let Raina know she still has us

Recently Raina has deleted all her tweets after apologizing to fans. I'm not sure what the full story is(and I doubt anyone else at this stage has the full story), it might be the fan clubs relations manager's fault as suggested by Raina's tweets, it might be that Raina was at fault for not coming to see the fans(regardless of the fan clubs relations manager) and honestly I don't care. What I do know is that it ~~sucks~~ is really hard being a Kpop idol and Raina along with the rest of After School has done more than enough for me to love them for a life time. If anyone else here feels the same please participate in this project.

This project is simple. Just tweet your support to Raina. Raina's twitter is @raina57. If you haven't got a twitter account yet, get one. It isn't hard creating a twitter account.

Well, at least creating a twitter account isn't as painful as these bruises Raina got from drum practice.

~~OK, enough with the guilt tactics.~~ If you support Raina please get a twitter account and participate.

For those who don't know Korean(like me) try using Google Translate. Here's the process I used to make sure the translation are as accurate as possible:

Step 1) Translate what you've got in English to Korean e.g "You are beautiful. I hope your day is as beautiful as you." to "당신은 아름답습니다. 나는 당신의 일이 당신처럼 아름다운 바랍니다.".

Step 2) Check its accuracy by translating the Korean you get back into English i.e. "당신은 아름답습니다. 나는 당신의 일이 당신처럼 아름다운 바랍니다." to "You are beautiful. I hope your day as beautiful as you.". As you can see this translation isn't perfect as what I originally had was "I hope your day is as beautiful as you." but here I've got "I hope your day as beautiful as you." but I think this is close enough.

Step 3) If your translation isn't very accurate then try to simplify your sentence and repeat the process from step 1.

Also add this #LoveRaina4Ever hash tag to your tweets. Normally I'll propose some sort of poll to pick a hash tag(you guys can still do that) but I feel it is more urgent that Raina receives our support NOW. Plus I doubt Raina cares what hash tag we are using.

If ASDaze has time to make this an official project and spread it under the support of ASDaze that will be great otherwise please help spread this project to other fan clubs (e.g. After School threads in soompi, onehallyu and other After School forums). I'll be more than happy to do it myself but honestly I don't think it'll be well received coming from me as I know some fans/fan clubs think I'm a troll, spammer or they simply just don't like me. I'm know some of you guys at ASDaze are members of other fans clubs too. Please help spread this.

I think this is a very great idea, should I ask the other admins and put up an official post in the site that will direct to this post? Also, I've had some Korean phrases I've been tweeting them since last night (I think these would also be useful):

괜찮아 레이나 (누나)(언니) = It's alright, Raina (Noona)(Unnie)
행복 하세요 = Please be happy
슬퍼하지 말아 = Don't be sad
우리는 사랑해요 = We love you <3

We should also think of a specific title for this project.

Only need better information, such as What time and what days we can use the hash tag? ^^
I really feel sorry for my poor Raina, I think she did nothing wrong and that his "fans" are making a mistake >8c

The idea is to send as much support to Raina as possible(without spamming her). I'm planning to do it once a day until the Korean Raina fan clubs come back to their senses. There is no set time to do this so you can choose any time in the day to do it and for as long as you like but at least do it once so Raina knows how much fans are still supporting her. Always use the #LoveRaina4Ever hash tags for tweets to support Raina for this project.

@Renzel, AWESOME!!!! thank you and the other ASDaze admins for their support and thanks for the Korean quotes as well. Yes, put up an official post in the site that will direct to this post? If fans are going to help spread this project please spread the the official ASDaze post when it gets created. Until then spread this post around. Here's an idea for the project title "Love Raina 4 Ever". That's the best I've got(but it doesn't saying anything about the problem), although I don't really care what the title is because that's really not important.

Thank you Adam for all the support and help you've been giving to dear Raina. I'm not sure if anyone outside the team knows, but i have travelled to Korea and am right now in Seoul. As I was in Jeju up until this morning, I only learnt about this thing happening this morning when I was at the airport waiting for the plane back to Seoul. I had already tweeted to Raina my own message before I saw this so I didn't have a hashtag but that's not the main point anyway.
I will try to make a trip down to Pledis tomorrow just for the kicks but if I can know anything else it would probably be good too. Haha.
Anyway in short, just want to say that I'm not translating anything for this period because I'm on 'holiday' so called and am in Korea. But if you want me to translate the original tweets from Raina as a special request then I could try to do it first since I feel that it is quite a special case. Although I'm sure, or I hope that it will all blow over soon anyway.
Also, really thanks again for the support for Raina. I don't really support that idea you had about supporting Raina more for the next comeback because of some considerations but I really appreciate it.
Thank you everyone else who have tweeted to Raina or took part in this project too! I know I'm kind of not in any position to be thanking for such things but I'm really happy to see the support.

@Mbi, As long as you tweeted your support to Raina that's the most important thing. The hash tag is only there to let fans know how much people are involved and to encourage people to give support to Raina.

@Mbi, Yes please translate the original tweets from Raina. I've seen a couple of translations already and but there are slight differences between them so I'm not sure what's more accurate. Also can you please translate http://news.nate.com/view/20140529n04325 and http://news.naver.com/main/read.nhn?mode=LSD&mid=shm&sid1=106&oid=109&aid=0002790762 one of those articles contain an apologies from fans. I want to know which one so I can tweet it to Raina.

@Mbi, Yep it's over. Pledis has apologised and acknowledge they are responsible. They said they will take action to fix the damage and make sure something like this doesn't happen again. Pledis CEO said they will do a thorough investigation into the claims against After School's manager e.g. the verbal and physical abuse, talking about fans and AS behind their backs etc. The fans have also apologised for the misunderstanding. So it seems like it's all good :DIt sucks that Raina took the short end of the stick but at least she's got us supporting her.

@Mbi I'm really really uncomfortable with proposing that idea as well but I'm still going to do it myself. I don't expect ASDaze to support that idea and I hope they don't support it for now. I'll like it to happen but there's some serious issues with that proposal. There's the jealousy from fans which is going to cause h8 for Raina and probably ASDaze(I should stop talking about Raina so much I think fans are getting sick of it) and then there's this issue that once Raina knows fans are paying attention to her in After School it's going to suck for her if fans just stop paying attention to her(but I've a simple idea to fix that). What are you're concerns about the idea?

@Mbi, I think you are a bit confused. People thank other people to show their gratitude. If you are grateful for the support fans have given to Raina then you certainly are in the position to be thanking for such things. With that said,

Thank you Playgirlz/Playobyz and anyone else that has supported Raina through this mess. I think everything that needs to be done(fans and Pledis both apologising) has been done so the problem is solved but I'm personally going to continue tweeting to Raina until I'm sure she's fine.

I like how things are going to end. I can continue looking at Pledis as a respectable company. Raina gets her fans back. Although I'm still concerned about Raina...wish I knew how she is doing.

yes i was, and no korea is not my basement. haha.. i just came to korea a week ago so i may not have the time to translate. u gave me 2 pretty long articles there and i was doing one of them halfway and got tired.. haha.. so it may not come too quickly.

I wouldn’t assume that Raina deleted her own tweets because I did read somewhere that some companies only allow members to have social media accounts as long as the company also has access so it could be that they didn’t like what she posted and pulled it.
Not saying this is the case here but it is a possibility.

@intrepid, that makes me feel better. Not that I like the idea of Pledis taking over an AS members twitter account(maybe we should start a campaign against Pledis if they did delete Raina's tweets) but the idea that Raina might not be upset enough to delete all of her own tweets is comforting.

I still am. Maybe Raina has figured out that if fans stop worrying about her, we'll stop paying as much attention to her so she hasn't posted anything on yet LOL.

Heyx I've not had the time to continue the translating and I'm going to travel out of Seoul tomorrow so I think I won't be able to continue anytime soon. Sorry about that! Guess I shouldn't have made a promise I can't keep. =X
