今回のタイトル『Dress to kill』とは「人の注目を集めるために、めかしこむ」という意味。「他人と同じじゃおもしろくない！」という、刺激的で、いつも新しくあり続けるAFTERSCHOOLにふさわしいタイトルが付けられた。

収録される楽曲は、大沢伸一プロデュースのディスコサウンド「Heaven」や、UKハウスをモチーフとした「Shh」、世界で活躍するNERVO率いるクリエイターチーム・FUTURE UNISONにより楽曲提供されたエレクトロの王道楽曲「Triangle」、メンバーのジュヨンがランジェリー姿で颯爽とウォーキングするMARUKOのCM曲「Ms.Independent」などなど、各時代のダンスミュージックを現代風に解釈した楽曲を収録。

「様々な世代のダンスミュージックをAFTERSCHOOLが身にまとっている」というのも『Dress to kill』のタイトルにつながるのである。

All tracks in this album will try to represent dance music from various era stylishly; disco-sounded 'Heaven' produced by Shinichi Osawa, UK House style 'Shh', simple electro tune 'Triangle' that is produced by NERVO's creator team, FUTURE UNISON, also 'Ms.Independent' which used as theme song from Juyeon's MARUKO lingerie CM.

Album title 'Dress to kill' could also mean AS will put on dance music style from various generation.
