So there is info going around that Inkigayo has made changes to its system. Here the post I found:

SBS has updated their forum yesterday (14/08/09) with a post on how collecting points has changed for Inkigayo. The changes are as follows:

Point collection time frame:

*Points are counted a week in advance starting from Monday to Sunday, a WEEK before the broadcast.

*For the teams who have been nominated for #1, their SNS scores will be counted until midnight before the day of broadcast.

How points are counted:

Music sales points (60%) : Reflected by Gaon Digital Charts
SNS points (35%) : Reflected by views on the official MV (Uploaded by the company)
Viewers pre-voting (5%) : Reflected through votes given on mobile app 앰엔tv톡 app.

Nominees point counts:

Weekly points (100%) : Reflected by music sales, SNS points and viewers pre-voting
Live text voting (10%) : SMS to #1245 or live votes through 앰엔tv톡 app

In order to win:

Gaon Digital Chart is counted up to 6000 points
Views on the Official MV is counted up to 3500 points
Pre-voting is counted up to 500 points

Live voting score:

You must use only one method to vote during live voting for the nominees. Either send your choice to #1245 or through the 앰엔tv톡 app.

Reminders:

*This means that twitter + facebook doesn’t count for INKIGAYO anymore

*SNS scores are purely compiled from the VIEWS only (no comments or shares) but you must remember that this is ONLY for INKIGAYO. Other Music Shows have different rules and still count twitter and facebook.

So for Inki, only the MV views off the official Pledis channel will now count, and twitter/facebook posts do not count at all. Orange Caramel's comeback is soon, so this info is vital to us. How can we get people to only watch the Pledis channel?

I've briefly mentioned about being in the process of creating a system to automate  voting for After School and gaining SNS points at How Do You Want To Support Orange Caramel’s Comeback???, the program I'm writing also automatically views the official MV on pledisartist. There's been a lot of myths about how to view the MV in order for it to count towards the MV view total and the advantage of my program is that(from my observations so far) the way the program views the MV makes the views count towards the view total, the program also has the added advantages of muting Youtube ads and skip them automatically. When the program is complete I'll write a post about is with much more detail and make a call for ASDaze and fans to help promote the system.

Also read and help spread this post Support Pledis artists by only watching Pledis artists' videos on Pledis artists' official channels

@Jinana good job on finding that info and providing link to source  I love you

From Allkpop...

“SBS' 'Inkigayo' has decided not to include viewcounts from 19+ MVs in their ranking.
The 'SNS' portion of their ranking counts views from artists' official YouTube channels. However, they've recently announced that they will not be counting any views from MVs that have received a 19+ rating.
Because 'Inkigayo' itself is rated 15+, it's suspected that they decided MVs that its own viewers cannot watch should not be counted in their MV count tabulation.
The first 'victim' of the new rule is HyunA, whose MV count for "Red" is reaching almost 6 million views. However, since her MV is rated 19+, none of those views will count in 'Inkigayo's SNS ranking for her song.”

This may be a problem depending on what is in AS next comeback, I don't think it will bother OC though.
