[Discussion] Tribute to the victims

Hello everyone.

As most of us know, a tragedy struck South Korea on 4/15/14. I've been watching the tv stations online continuously covering the story hoping to see a miracle but they've all but given up on rescue and turned to recovery mode.

I wondered if for this or next month's magazine could we honor and pay tribute to the victims of the ship much like our idols have changed their schedule to pay tribute to them. The nation is in mourning and the disaster is saddening hearts worldwide. Even our former leader Kahi sent coffee to give strength to divers as they worked hard and I'm proud of her for that.

Just a thought. #PrayForSouthKorea .

Oh no , I had to miss the news the last two days. I didn't realize they switched to recovery mode. Although I didn't know After School switched their schedules at first, I have also been following this story on CNN. 


Anyway, I think this is a great idea Thursty. I'm going to go ahead sticky this post.

Asking for information on how we could possibly support the volunteers there. I don't know if they will get back to me, but I hope so.

On my next payday, I will send a donation to AfterSchoolDaze's Paypal so we can try to setup something in their name.

Idols will be participating in a yellow ribbon campaign to support the victims of the ferry disaster. What if we make a page with an AfterSchoolDaze version of a yellow ribbon to show support and have it be a page in the PG Times?

It could even be a yellow ribbon collage comprised of pictures showing unity and After School/Orange Caramel's charity work.

We made the event! YAY! Thank you Thursty! I'm so happy we're able to do even a small thing. I don't feel quite as helpless :')
